My Personal-Planner Review

Well, I’m really not sure how to start this off.

As you know, I ordered a fully personalised planner from Personal-Planner.

Everything is what I chose, everything. Every little detail. Sadly, when you choose the size of your planner, its just a small picture, cartoon. From this, I don’t have a proper visual in my head of how big the planner is. So, I totally winged in when it came to picking the size. My planner arrived yesterday, and it’s tiny. It’s about the height of my iPhone. This is too small for what I need. On the inside of the planner, I added that I wanted to write down the temperature each day, and the spot for that is so small I would not be able to write anything in it.

So, it’s my fault for not checking the measurements properly, but perhaps Personal-Planner could update their site so when it comes to picking the size of your planner, its a real photo with a hand next to it. This way people are getting a proper visual of the sizing. Unfortunately, there aren’t any photos of the planners on the site, its all cartoon images. This did make it difficult, but I still did it anyway just to try it out

I’m very upset with this, but I will still keep/use the planner just for something small like appointments, as that is seriously all I can fit in it anyway. After opening the mail and seeing this, I went onto Erin Condren, and bought a life planner, the one I wanted from the beginning. That site is filled with photos, so you know exactly what your planner will look like when it arrives at your doorstep.

Photos will be coming soon, I’m in bed the flu and I seriously don’t think I’ll be getting out of bed soon.

Also coming soon, the Erin Condren Life Planner AND Accessories unboxing.

My Planner & Accessories

Hey Guys,

A few days ago I purchased a planner from Personal Planner. It’s a site that allows you to personalise your planner, obviously, the exact way that you want. You can customise the cover as well as the way the inside of your planner is displayed.

I wont go too much into what my planner is like until it has officially arrived in my hands.

Since I don’t have it in my grasp yet, have a look at this review from YouTube to have a good look at an example of what one of the Planners look like.

After ordering this planner though, I decided that I really wanted an Erin Condren Life Planner. But I didn’t want to have two planners for 2016, when in the past Ive hardly even been able to manage one. So, Ive decided to wait until 2017 to try out an Erin Condren Life Planner, but the accessories they sold were super cute so I had to buy a handful for myself. These haven’t arrived to me yet either ( I hate living in the middle of nowhere). I purchased accessories that can be used for any planner you have, so that way if I do decide that I don’t like the Personal Planner, I can get a Erin Condren Planner and the accessories will still be fine to use.

Some of the accessories could be personalised too which is fantastic because, if you haven’t noticed, I love personalised stationary. So the first accessory I got was a sheet of personalised stickers. On the site, it says that they can be used as ‘birthday’ stickers, so you put your friends faces on the stickers. I didn’t like that idea and thought it was quite creepy, so I went onto Google, typed in ‘Tumblr’, and saved all the small and cute pictures that I could find. For 30 stickers, that’s 5 Australian dollars. For something that’s personalised, I think that’s pretty affordable.

I then ordered some event stickers, also customisable. For those, it’s just different coloured rectangles, that you can write on. I wrote ‘Dr Appointments’, ‘Shopping’, ‘Run’, ‘Birthday’ and ‘Church’. That way, when planning your week/month, you can pop the sticker on and be done with it. Lastly I got some pretty simple stickers with little pictures on them (money symbol, dumbells, blow dryers etc) to help organise even more, and a pack of 5 brightly coloured pens.  I just wish I could show you it all right now, but I have to wait until it arrives, which should be in the next week according to the estimated shipping time on both sites.

I can’t wait until next week to give you a good look at my new 2016 planner and accessories!

My Body Shop Party & Haul

A few weeks ago I had a body shop party at home. http://www.thebodyshop.com.au/the-body-shop-at-home/

Let me tell you a little bit about The body Shop. http://www.thebodyshop.com.au/

The Body Shop is an ethical and natural beauty brand. They sell makeup, body washes, hair care products, etc. And nothing is tested on animals at all. They donate to charities and the products are great for your body.

I had never used Body Shop until I had this party. A consultant came to my home, showing a few products to some of my friends I had over and even gave my mother in law a makeover. It was basically like having The Body Shop in my own home. I purchased two items, Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder in the medium shade which was $24.95, and Shimmer Waves in the colour Coral. Shimmer Waves is a great product, it’s 5 similar colours side by side with shimmer that can be used as eye-shadow, highlighter or blush. It’s a fantastic product and I’m so glad I purchased it. Shimmer Waves is $32.95.

Once the party was over, my consultant calculated all my sales. I would have had a huge amount of sales, unfortunately many items could not be ordered in, so in total I had $50 to spend on any body items I wanted. I spent the money very wisely and bought the cheapest things I could find. I got a lip and cheek stain in the colour red, which usually costs $21.95, Vanilla body Mist which is usually $17.95, and lastly Fuji Green Tea Body Wash which usually costs $9.95.

The Body Shop is fantastic and I will be going onto the website and purchasing some more items next time I get paid.

The images used are not mine, I took them from The Body Shop.com

I would have used my own but I’m sick in bed and there’s no way my photos would not have looked any good.

17 Weeks Pregnant

First of all- I wont be showing a tummy photo because its still quite flat/small as this is my first pregnancy + I’m slightly self conscious.

🌷 🌸 🌹 🌺 🌻 🌼

Today, I am exactly 17 weeks, 3 days pregnant! That means I’m on day 122 and I’m over it. Many women talk about how much they enjoyed pregnancy. Well lucky them, because when one thing ends, like my morning sickness for example, something new starts, my migraines I’ve been getting recently. Mind you, this is my first pregnancy so I don’t know all the tips and tricks on how to feel fabulous all the time.

My baby currently weighs as much as a turnip, which when you think about it really isn’t that big at all unfortunately, about 140g. His/her gender is still unknown until the 20week ultrasound, which is only in 2 weeks. I honestly have no idea what the gender could be. I’m having no ‘strong feelings’ or anything at all. I’m totally clueless. My husband Zachary and I both want a little girl, but I’m not feeling anything that would suggest that it actually is a girl. Right now, we just have to be patient and as long as it’s healthy we will be happy.

We have most of the nursery organised, we’ve got a bassinet, change table, pram, bath etc. We just need to get some carpet put into the room and one last coat of paint. We have a small amount of unisex clothes too that we’ve bought and that have been given to us too, but I’m worried half of them wont fit because we will have a huge baby.
